Who may use the service

These terms cover MakeAIRapVideo at makeairapvideo.net. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement in your location. Before continuing with Google, confirm your age, agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Contact [email protected] for questions.

Current release

This release provides an English preview website and, when configured, Google account access and Stripe test checkout. Public video generation, photo uploads and real payments are not enabled. Homepage examples and plan descriptions describe intended product capabilities, not a promise that you can generate a video now. Test credits have no cash value and cannot be used to generate videos.

Accounts and security

Use an account you are authorized to control and provide accurate information. Keep your Google account secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons. Contact support to request account closure.

Test purchases and automatic renewal

Use only Stripe test card details. No real money is charged in test mode. A one-time test purchase does not renew.

Test subscription amounts and monthly renewal terms are shown beside the checkout button and in Stripe checkout. A subscription automatically renews each month until canceled. Confirm the displayed renewal terms before starting checkout. Cancel from the account page using Manage test subscription or Cancel test subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and stops future renewals; monthly subscription credits expire at the end of that period and do not roll over.

Test transactions do not create a right to a cash refund because no real funds are collected. If a test subscription cannot be canceled through the account page, contact support. Real billing, refund rules and required business disclosures must be established before any live sales.

Content and intellectual property

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Only provide material you are authorized to use, including permission from people depicted. Do not impersonate people or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights. These terms do not grant rights in third-party works or guarantee exclusive or copyright-protected AI output.

Send suspected infringement or other abuse reports to [email protected], with the relevant URL or identifier, an explanation of the issue and a way to contact you. We may request further information to assess the report.

Availability and responsibility

The preview and test features may change or become unavailable. Do not rely on them to store irreplaceable material or perform essential work. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific creative results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
