Privacy Policy

Scope and contact

This policy covers MakeAIRapVideo at makeairapvideo.net, including its account pages and test billing. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests. The service is for people aged 18 and over.

Information we receive

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes connection information such as IP addresses, browser details and request metadata to deliver and protect the site. Where Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled at the hosting layer, it also receives website performance and usage telemetry.

If Google sign-in is available and you choose it, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, name and profile image. We store account and session records, test orders, test subscription status, credit balances, and the version and time of your registration acknowledgment. We do not ask for your full date of birth or identity documents.

If you contact us, we receive the information you send. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use information

We use account data to authenticate you, maintain your account, provide requested test billing features and answer requests. We use security and request information to prevent abuse and investigate errors. Where applicable, these purposes rely on performing our agreement with you and our legitimate interests in operating a secure service. Optional tracking that requires consent must have that consent before activation.

Cookies, fonts and analytics

Account and OAuth cookies are used to keep you signed in and protect the sign-in flow. Signing out ends the current session. Blocking these necessary cookies can prevent login from working.

Fonts are served from this website rather than the Google Fonts servers. Our application does not enable session replay. Hosting-level Cloudflare analytics may operate independently of the application settings.

Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and stores application data. Google handles authentication when you select Google sign-in. Stripe handles the test checkout and subscription portal when configured; our application stores payment references and status, not full card numbers. Use only test card details.

These providers may process data outside your country. Their applicable terms and safeguards govern their processing. We do not sell your personal information. Contact us for information about the providers used for your account and any applicable transfer safeguards.

Retention and your choices

Account records are retained while needed to operate your account; test billing and security records may be retained where needed for reconciliation, abuse prevention or legal obligations. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion or account closure. We may need to verify account ownership before acting and will explain any information we must retain.

Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, portability, withdraw consent where used, and complain to your local data protection authority.

Children and current feature limits

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. An age declaration is not identity verification.

Public photo uploads, video generation and real payments are not available in this release. Do not upload photos or send real card details for testing. Any future media processing or marketing use will require an updated notice and applicable controls before it starts.

Changes

The update date identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account contact details as appropriate.
